Qempo is a marketplace that simplifies international shopping to consumers in Latin America. The platform connects buyers with travelers and courier companies, creating a seamless shopping experience. We are a team of 20 people distributed between Lima, Perú and Medellín, Colombia, looking to scale our solution worldwide.

As a Customer Loyalty Associate, you will be facing customers for order updates and inquiries about their orders. We look for problem solvers who enjoy talking to people to provide the best experience possible.
