Requerimientos del cargo

 We invite you to join our team as: Project Manager 

Requirements:

  • Fully bilingual english and spanish
  • Gratuaded in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering or similar
  • Minimum of 2 years of technology product support experience, and IT Project Management experience
  • PMI methodologies experience and certification
  • Must have experience and knowledge of eCommerce processes and technologies.
  • Must have experience and knowledge of one or more of the following eCommerce platforms: Magento, Shopify, Netsuite, Oracle commerce, Demandware, Open Cart, Os Commerce.
  • Knowledge and experience using and developing web service technologies
  • Systems integration experience desirable.
  • Strong communication skills written and spoken.
  • Multitasking and work under pressure and tight objectives control

Functions

  • Lead technology projects of customers integrating their eCommerce platforms with our platform using web services API.
  • Lead technology projects of customers integrating their eCommerce platforms with our platform using eCommerce platform specific plugins.
  • Create detailed analysis reports regarding best integration paths, integration definition or additional requirements.
  • Plan, monitor and measure objectives in terms of time, quality costs and customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for testing and quality assurance of the project.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues, resolving where possible, managing escalations to and partnering with the product development team for issues that require additional attention.
  • Support customer's technical departments questions and issues regarding implementation of our API or Plugins.
  • Support business development teams during sales life cycle.
  • Manage and support customers configuration requirements.
