As an Integration Engineer on our autonomous, high-performance squads, you’ll contribute to data-driven automation projects, collaborating across engineering, product, and operations. This role focuses on building scalable integrations that underpin complex workflows and data pipelines for our clients.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and related tools to connect internal systems with external partners.
Build and enhance full stack applications (backend + frontend) to support integration needs and data automation workflows.
Ensure systems are scalable, secure, and high-performing, with a focus on reliability and observability.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Docker-based deployments to streamline release processes.
Collaborate with product, operations, and engineering teams to deliver business-driven solutions and meet project milestones.
Write clean, well-documented, testable code and participate in code reviews to promote code quality.

Required skills & experience

Experience with backend development using .NET Core (required), Python, or Node.js.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, OAuth2, JWT, OpenID Connect.
Frontend skills with Angular (required), React, or Next.js.
Proficiency with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
Hands-on experience with Docker and basic orchestration tools.
Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

Nice to have

Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other event-driven systems.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Exposure to serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions) and microservices.
