Our Customer Success & Onboarding team plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and a high-quality experience.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and drive usage of the ElevateOS platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the onboarding process and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implementation metrics, driving continuous improvements in our systems and processes.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction, address any issues, and identify opportunities for further engagement.
  • Provide training sessions and workshops to empower customers in utilizing our tools effectively.

Who We Are Looking For

We're looking for an individual with a proactive attitude and passion for creating positive customer experiences. Ideal candidates will possess:
  • Must have fluent english
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and an empathetic approach, with the ability to understand and respond to client needs effectively.
  • Experience with project management methodologies to manage timelines and ensure deliverables are met.
  • A passion for learning and improving processes for better customer outcomes.

Desirable Additional Skills

While not mandatory, the following skills and experiences would be beneficial:
  • Experience working in the PropTech or real estate industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Google Workspace, Hubspot, Airtable, JIRA, and Zendesk).
  • Knowledge of data analysis and metrics tracking to assess customer engagement and satisfaction.
