Are you a dynamic marketing professional ready to take the reins and drive innovative strategies? Do you thrive in a creative environment where your ideas shape the brand's direction? If so, we are seeking a Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in our company's growth journey.

Your Role: As the Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the annual marketing calendar, aligning with company goals to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Campaign Management: Lead the creation and implementation of diverse marketing initiatives, including webinars, email campaigns, and social media activities across platforms like LinkedIn.
  • HubSpot Expertise: Utilize your proficiency in HubSpot to manage and optimize marketing efforts, ensuring seamless integration and data-driven decisions.
  • Creative Leadership: Bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table, steering your own projects and collaborating with a supportive team that values your vision.

The Details: What you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Develop and execute the social media calendar: Responsible for creating content, writing copy, and designing graphics for all platforms.
  • Plan and execute marketing events: Manage logistics, promotion, and overall execution, and lead pre- and post-event email campaigns using attendee lists.
  • Own and manage HubSpot: Maintain accurate contact segmentation, build and manage sequences, and ensure data integrity.
  • Create and manage the annual marketing calendar: Oversee scheduling and execution of newsletters, quarterly email campaigns, case studies, webinars, and other initiatives.
  • Manage website content and updates: Ensure the website remains current, relevant, and aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Launch, manage, and track LinkedIn automation campaigns via Dripify: Build and optimize outreach sequences; monitor performance and lead quality.

Who You Are: We’re looking for a marketing unicorn who:

  • Experienced Professional: Has a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Creative Visionary: Is eager to break free from the constraints of agency life to fully unleash their creativity.
  • HubSpot Savvy: Possesses advanced skills in HubSpot, with the ability to leverage its features for campaign success.
  • B2B Knowledge: Experience in B2B marketing is a definite plus.
  • Industry Familiarity: Familiarity with the tech industry or SaaS is a big plus, allowing you to hit the ground running.
  • Collaborative Leader: Thrives in a dynamic environment, guiding projects from inception to completion while working closely with cross-functional teams.
