Technical Leader en Yape

At Yape, you’ll be building our core app that is responsible for most mobile monetary transactions in Peru, along with other engineers. Apart from coding the app, we also expect that you engage in discussions related to every aspect of a product and tech development. Our challenge is that we're growing fast and in order to scale and provide the best user experience, we're re-writing our app in native technologies.

Technical Leader must know about digital product development and design. Apply the best software development practices and leads the technical team in the distribution of tasks. Solve the most complex tasks and trains the team in development technologies. Analyze and design the architecture to be implemented in the development of digital products.

• Define technology platform architecture
• Support the PO in prioritizing tasks considering an approach aimed at giving a lot of value to the business and solving technical tasks in a simple and efficient manner
• Create and improve technical capabilities within the team
• Support the technical team in the fulfillment and resolution of tasks at technical level
• Support constantly in the improvements of the different agile ceremonies
• Lead the innovation and automation of the different technical tasks

+ 5 years of experience designing technological architectures, data architecture, integration specifications, best practices and application design patterns
Hands-on experience in programming (Angular, Node Js, Java)
