• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Java applications focusing on high performance and scalability.
• Build and manage Kafka producers and consumers, ensuring efficient data streaming and processing.
• Create and manage Kafka topics, and integrate them with Java applications.
• Develop and deploy microservices using SpringBoot.
• Collaborate closely with an Agile team, including other Java developers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Scrum Masters.
• Drive the technical direction and contribute to the transformation of our Core Merchandising Application.

• 8+ years of experience as a Java Developer.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Kafka, strongly focusing on building producers and consumers.
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot for developing microservices.
• In-depth expertise in Kafka topic creation and integration.
• Strong background in working within an Agile environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
