Senior Back-end Engineer en Nextmed

NextMed is looking for a developer who is driven by a sense of purpose and excited to work in a flexible environment. In this role, you will serve as a Backend Developer to complement our staff of competent React developers. We expect you to be a systems-level thinker and a real doer. You will excel in this role if you are hungry to make a difference and are intellectually bold. Our leadership team is data driven and will deeply consider your thoughts and opinions while making decisions.

Initial projects will include re-factoring our mysql backend, migrating calls from our frontend, integrating APIs, and improving overall site speed and efficiency.

An ideal candidate for this role will have:

• 5+ years of Python experience
• Ability to work on EST or PST
• Experience with Stripe API
• Advance level of English (Speaking and Writing)
• Experience with GraphQL
• 2+ years with Selenium Web Driver
• Basic experience in React
