Key Responsibilities

Design and develop high-quality user experience (UX) designs utilizing tools like Figma.
Implement responsive user interfaces using React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to deliver compelling user-centered solutions.
Continuously improve your design and development processes with a focus on usability and user satisfaction.
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and improve the overall user experience.

Who We're Looking For

We are searching for a UX/UI Engineer with over 5 years of experience in creating exceptional UX designs and implementing them effectively. You should have a strong grasp of design principles alongside hands-on experience with Figma and front-end technologies including React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS. In addition to technical proficiency, we value traits such as creativity, communication, and a collaborative spirit to foster an environment where innovative ideas can flourish.

Looking for a UX Engineer with 5+ years of experience to create high-quality UX designs in Figma and then implement them in React/NextJS/Tailwind.

- Experience in creating user-centered designs using Figma, with a focus on crafting clean, intuitive, and visually appealing interfaces.

- Hands-on experience in building responsive and accessible UI components with React and Next.js.

- Expertise in Tailwind CSS for efficient and scalable styling

- Solid understanding of modern web development best practices, including performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility

- Familiarity with integrating UX designs into functional front-end applications.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and passionate about delivering high-quality user experiences. You will demonstrate an excellent understanding of user research methodologies and usability metrics, allowing you to make informed design decisions.

Desirable Skills

While not mandatory, familiarity with additional technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, or design systems will be advantageous. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment can also set you apart. We appreciate candidates who actively engage in professional development, keeping abreast of industry trends and evolving best practices for user experience design.
