Responsibilities

Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify and attract potential customers.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling acquisition campaigns.
Establish and maintain relationships with potential customers through various communication channels.
Qualify leads based on established criteria and arrange meetings for the sales team.
Track and report on lead generation key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
Stay abreast of industry best practices and new lead-generation techniques.

Requirements:

4+ years' of knowledge and experience with CRM is essential.
Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the staffing services industry, and global software projects.
Solid understanding of sales principles and the ability to apply them in the context of social selling.
Proven ability to work independently and meet lead-generation targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential customers.
Familiarity with CRM software lead tracking systems and advanced Excel.
Strong organizational and customer service skills.
English proficiency, both written and verbal, level c1 is essential.
