BlazeStack is a GovTech SaaS company building purpose-built case management software for fire investigation and public safety agencies. We replace paper-based workflows and legacy tools with a modern, secure platform trusted by municipal, county, and state agencies across the U.S. Our infrastructure runs on AWS with strict compliance requirements — CJIS-aligned security, SOC 2 controls, and ISO 27001 practices. Platform & DevOps

Maintain and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines to support rapid, safe deployments across environments
Manage and evolve Infrastructure as Code for all Blazestack applications
Monitor deployed environments and respond proactively to system alerts and operational risks
Promote, tag, and manage application releases across staging and production
Support on-call activities — assist with production fixes, rollbacks, and incident response
Improve local development workflows and developer tooling to accelerate delivery speed

Security & Compliance

Monitor and maintain compliance tooling dashboards
Review security scan findings and resolve or triage issues with engineering teams
Ensure employee devices meet organizational compliance requirements and follow up on remediation
Conduct quarterly access reviews across company systems
Maintain documented employee offboarding processes with verified access revocation
Respond to customer IT and security questionnaires regarding infrastructure and security posture
Support operational readiness for audits and compliance programs

Architecture & Engineering

2–3 years building and operating AWS serverless architectures in production (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, Aurora Serverless, etc.)
2–3 years with Terraform in AWS
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment safeguards
Proficiency in at least one programming language (TypeScript preferred)
Familiarity with monitoring and error tracking platforms (Sentry, CloudWatch)
Experience in security- and compliance-focused SaaS environments
Understanding of monitoring, observability, and incident response for distributed systems
