OpenLoop is looking for a HR Generalist to join our HQ team in Lima, Peru. This role will be a member of the HR Team, collaborating closely with the General Manager.

About the Role

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Responsible of the talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help ensure a seamless transition into the role.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and vacation days and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
  • Maintain employee files and records.
  • Conduct employee offboarding
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.
  • Revision of monthly payroll and sending monthly updates for payroll calculation.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
  • Review contract terms and conditions for new hires, promotions and transfers.
  • Draft and send company communications, such as birthday and anniversary announcements.
  • Promote HR programs and policies to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
  • Work closely with local management to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of HR experience with a focus on talent acquisition, onboarding, insurance and benefits, contracts, local labor regulations, HR metrics and administrative tasks related to HR.
  • Experience in the management of recruitment processes in technology companies or start-ups in the English language.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology or a related field to HR Management.
  • Postgraduate studies in Talent Management.
  • Intermediate level of MS Excel or Google Sheets (required).
  • Knowledge of local HR laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Fluency in English (C1) and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Available to work on a hybrid work model.

Desirable skills

  • Knowledge of G-Suite, Slack and Notion.
