We are a small, distributed team working remotely from Chile, Peru, Spain, Mexico, Argentina, and the USA. We are not defined by degrees or titles, as we come from different areas of knowledge, such as art, design, music, pedagogy, journalism, and psychology among others.
We don't believe in hierarchies, and we all work together hand-by-hand towards the same goal: to promote awesome jobs for awesome people. That's our ethos.

As we work remotely, we trust each other in making every piece of information available to the team, avoiding the 'bus factor' and ensuring transparency at all times. That's why everything is public by default, so nobody becomes a bottleneck in our daily tasks.
