We're looking for a sharp, reliable, and professional Customer Sales Representative based in Latin America to support our U.S. operations. You'll be the first voice our customers hear, handling inbound calls, scheduling appointments, dispatching field technicians, and converting service opportunities into booked jobs.

At this time, we are specifically looking for candidates with availability for night shifts and weekends.

• English fluency is a must. You'll be communicating exclusively with U.S.-based customers and teams
• Prior experience in sales is required
• Comfortable with a light sales approach, not pushy, but confident in presenting options and closing bookings
• Strong communication skills, clear, warm, and persuasive on every call
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Comfortable with CRM tools, scheduling software, and digital workflows
