Job Details:

We are seeking a talented and well-rounded Designer to join our company and help bring ideas to life through beautiful, functional, and responsive digital experiences. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of design, development, and marketing, and is excited about building high-quality interfaces that engage users and support growth goals.

The Designer will be responsible for designing and shipping UI/UX interfaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the web infrastructure and visual identity. Candidates should have a strong sense of design fundamentals, technical knowledge of web tools and platforms, and the ability to turn ideas into polished results.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement engaging user interfaces for websites and web applications using tools like Figma and Spline.
Collaborate closely with marketing and engineering teams to develop scalable and visually impactful experiences.
Own the front-end experience of web properties, including development and maintenance using Next.js, Vercel, and Contentful.
Ensure consistency and quality across pages and products through thoughtful layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
Integrate and leverage data and insights from analytics platforms like PostHog to iterate and improve user experience.
Participate in brand and marketing conversations to align creative and functional elements with business goals.
Maintain a strong understanding of current web design and development trends.

Requirements:

2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, web design, or frontend development.
Proficiency in modern web frameworks such as Next.js and deployment platforms like Vercel.
Experience working with headless CMS tools like Contentful.
Strong visual design skills — layout, typography, color theory, illustration.
Hands-on experience with Figma and ideally Spline.
Comfort working with analytics and feedback tools like PostHog, GA, or Hotjar.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketers, designers, and developers.
Portfolio showcasing clean, responsive, and user-centered design work.

Nice to Have:

Background in growth marketing or e-commerce.
Motion design or microinteraction experience.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and web accessibility.
Experience in fast-paced, startup environments.
