Coderslab.io is looking to hire a Big Data & Reporting Lead to lead the organization’s data architecture and analytics strategy.
This role will be responsible for designing, governing, and optimizing the enterprise data architecture, ensuring proper structuring, integration, automation, and consumption of data for reporting, advanced analytics, and decision-making.
The position has a strong focus on data architecture, analytical modeling for MicroStrategy, process automation using n8n, and optimization of ETL/ELT data pipelines.

Data Architecture
Design and govern the data architecture for Big Data and BI platforms.
Define analytical data models for reporting and analytics.
Design data lakes, data warehouses, and data marts aligned with business needs.
Establish data governance, quality, and lineage standards.
Ensure platform scalability, availability, and reliability.
Modeling and Reporting in MicroStrategy
Design and optimize the semantic layer and metadata in MicroStrategy.
Define analytical models and Star Schema structures.
Lead the development of dossiers, operational reports, and analytical cubes.
Optimize queries, performance, and execution times.
Define caching, aggregation, and pre-calculation strategies.
Automation of Analytical Processes (n8n)
Design data and reporting automation workflows using n8n.
Integrate sources such as APIs, databases, cloud services, and BI tools.
Automate data extraction, report generation, dashboard distribution, and alerts.
Design orchestration pipelines for analytical processes.
Data Processing Optimization
Design and optimize scalable ETL/ELT processes.
Optimize queries, data pipelines, and incremental loads.
Reduce latency and resource consumption in reporting.
Implement efficient data ingestion strategies.
Technical Leadership and Management
Lead Data Engineering, BI, and Analytics teams.
Track data architecture and reporting projects.
Define the data platform evolution roadmap.
Establish KPIs for reporting performance, data quality, and analytics adoption.
Align business needs with the data architecture.
Experience leading data architecture or analytics platforms.
Experience in analytical data modeling (Star Schema, Data Modeling).
Experience working with Big Data or Data Warehousing platforms.
Experience with MicroStrategy for modeling and reporting.
Experience designing ETL / ELT processes and data pipelines.
Advanced SQL knowledge.
Experience with Python for data processing or automation.
Experience designing scalable data architectures.
