Engineering decisions land in production within days, not quarters, and success is measured by what real customers do with the product.

We are hiring a senior full stack engineer who ships product features end-to-end and brings genuine fluency with AI development tooling. The majority of your time will be building the features users see, while you will also spend time making our engineering team faster, more reliable, and more leveraged through AI-augmented workflows. If you've actually built with Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, Windsurf, or Aider, not just dabbled, and can point to concrete output that proves it, let's talk.

• 5+ years of fullstack development experience, with strong fluency in either TypeScript/Node or Python (ideally both) and a modern frontend framework (React, Next.js, or Angular).
• Production-level use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, etc.). Be ready to show concrete examples of how these tools changed your output, not just your enthusiasm.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and at least one major cloud (GCP, AWS, or Azure). Solid grasp of DevOps fundamentals: IaC, monitoring, logging, alerting.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and you're expected to own outcomes.
• Very strong written English. We write things down.
