• Manage and oversee projects using Zoho Projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
• Optimize and maintain Zoho CRM workflows to enhance team efficiency and data management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve project outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, regularly updating project progress and challenges.
• Identify opportunities for improvement within the Zoho ecosystem and implement best practices.
• Develop and document project plans, including goals, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Foster a culture of accountability and proactive problem-solving within the team.

• 4+yeas of experience as a Project Manager.
• Advanced knowledge of Zoho Projects and Zoho CRM is mandatory.
• Proficiency in managing workflows, automation, and integrations within Zoho.
• Ability to clearly articulate project goals, updates, and challenges to diverse audiences.
• Proven experience working effectively in team-oriented environments.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
• A self-starter who identifies and addresses challenges before they escalate.
