Developer (Part Time to Start) en Rip Media Group

We are Rip Media Group, a boutique and premier storytelling agency that serves startup to Fortune 1000 companies in the US and Europe.

We have created an application that helps writers and media professionals write and generate scripts as well as generate realistic sounding voice overs.

We use machine learning and generative AI to help the user generate writings, and turn them into sound with realistic human-like voices. The application is currently in beta, and we are shipping new features fast based on feedback from thousands of waitlisted users.

You'll join a team of the CEO and marketing leader, one junior engineer, and have a hand-off from a senior engineer that has vast experience in the startup space. Your work will be focused around a Kanban style delivery with a groomed priority list.

We value speed in our startup, it doesn't have to be perfect but it has to be something you are proud of and our users value. You must understand startups and the shipping to iteration feedback loop. Good communication and evaluation of the success of your features with our users is a must.
