As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will:

• Develop and maintain a high-performance AI-driven financial web application using React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Transform Figma designs into pixel-perfect React components, ensuring seamless UI/UX experiences.
• Optimize application performance, with a strong emphasis on low load times, minimal re-renders, and real-time AI-driven updates.
• Implement caching strategies, lazy loading, and code splitting to maximize efficiency and speed.
• Seamlessly integrate RESTful JSON APIs, ensuring optimized data fetching and minimal network overhead.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable TypeScript code, adhering to best practices for high-performance web applications.
• Utilize efficient state management solutions to keep the application lightweight and performant.
• Debug, test, and continuously optimize front-end and back-end performance for ultra-fast load times and seamless real-time data processing.
• Take ownership of key development tasks, ensuring that every feature is optimized for speed, responsiveness, and AI-powered insights.
• Collaborate closely with AI engineers and data scientists to integrate AI-driven analytics and financial automation features.
• Be a true team player, working closely with designers, engineers, and product managers to align on project goals.
• Report directly to the CTO and play a key role in shaping the architecture and technical direction of the platform.
• Work in Pacific Time (PT) hours, ensuring seamless collaboration with the rest of the team.
• Optional travel to San Francisco for in-person collaboration, workshops, and team events.

5+ years of experience in full stack development, with expertise in:

• React.js (functional components, hooks, state management)
• TypeScript – all code is strictly written in TypeScript
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript – with a strong focus on performance optimization techniques
• RESTful API integration – handling large datasets efficiently with optimized queries

Proven experience in optimizing React applications for low latency, ultra-fast rendering speeds, and real-time AI-powered data updates.

Strong experience with Figma – ability to export Figma designs and turn them into fully functional React components.

Expertise in performance tuning techniques, including:

• Minimizing re-renders and reducing JavaScript bundle sizes
• Lazy loading, caching, and optimizing network requests

Unwavering attention to detail – ability to build precise, polished, and flawless UI components.

Integrity, accountability, and teamwork – committed to delivering quality work, collaborating effectively, and meeting deadlines with excellence.

Ability to work in Pacific Time (PT) hours to align with the team.

• Experience with React Native for mobile application development.

• Experience building dashboards and charts/plots to visualize financial or analytical data.
• Experience working with real-time streams such as WebSockets, Server-Sent Events (SSE), or similar technologies.
• Fluency in English – while not required, strong English communication skills are a plus.
