We are seeking a proficient Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in designing and implementing CRM solutions using Salesforce. Work remotely from anywhere in Latam!

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems using web services and APIs.
  • Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud to manage and integrate data sources, ensuring data consistency, security, and accessibility.
  • Implement and maintain workflows, dashboards, and custom reporting.
  • Provide technical guidance and share best practices with the team.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture and IT security standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and achieve project goals.
  • Perform both administration/configuration and custom implementations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Salesforce certification in Data Cloud (required); additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Integration Architect) are a plus
  • Proficiency in Salesforce tools and technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices and business processes.
  • Experience with integration and data orchestration.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of additional CRM tools like Zendesk.
  • Experience with enterprise architecture and IT security.
  • Familiarity with development methodologies and tools.
