• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience with Typescript, Firebase, Cloud Functions, and Ruby on Rails.
• At least 3 years leading high-performing engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced English proficiency with the ability to clearly communicate concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, flexibly adapting processes as needed during scaling.

• At least 3 years of experience with Vue 2/3 and mobile development.
• Experience with Flutter/Dart is a major plus.
• A commitment to lifelong learning and staying ahead of industry trends.
• Previous experience working with US companies offers added value.
