We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sales Team. The SDR will play a crucial role in our sales process by initiating contact with potential clients, creating a positive first impression for the Devsu brand, and identifying qualified leads. This role serves as the bridge between prospecting and closing, with a primary focus on educating prospects about Devsu.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with prospects through various channels, including but not limited to phone calls, emails, and social media.
  • Create a strong and positive first impression for the Devsu brand.
  • Educate prospects on Devsu's products, services, and value propositions.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and determining if they are a good fit for Devsu's offerings.
  • Advance qualified leads to the next phase in the sales process and coordinate handoff to Sales Representatives.
  • Disqualify prospects who do not align with Devsu's target customer profile.
  • Maintain effective communication and collaboration with the Sales Team to ensure seamless lead transfer and a unified sales effort.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or an equivalent field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience or equivalent, with a background in sales preferred.
  • Previous sales experience is a plus and will be highly regarded.
  • In-depth knowledge of the software development and technology industry.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, or equivalent.
  • Strong command of various marketing channels, including LinkedIn, other Social Media platforms, email outreach, and cold calling.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities.
