Senior Machine Learning IA Engineer en Encora

The AI Engineer of Machine Learning at AI Platform will be responsible for spearheading projects that focus on the integration, optimization, and management of machine learning (ML) models within the Azure environment. The project will revolve around leveraging purpose-built MLOps tools provided by the AI Platform to automate, standardize, and streamline ML projects for data scientists and ML engineers.

The primary objective of the project will be to design and implement ML algorithms, encompassing both generative AI and traditional ML techniques, and deploy them effectively as models and endpoints. This involves collaborating across teams to develop and maintain various AI applications, ensuring they adhere to best practices throughout the entire lifecycle of both modern and traditional AI solutions.

• Design and implement ML algorithms and deploy traditional ML models and endpoints.
• Collaborate across teams to develop and maintain generative AI and traditional AI applications.
• Participate in LLM discovery, fine-tuning, and data management, with a focus on the entire lifecycle of both modern and traditional AI solutions.
• Optimize model performance and ensure efficient scaling and integration of ML workloads on the Azure platform.

Expertise:

• Proficiency in both generative AI/ML concepts and traditional machine learning techniques.
• Familiarity with Azure Machine Learning services, including the creation and management of ML pipelines and endpoints.
• Strong programming skills in languages and frameworks commonly used in AI/ML.
• Experience with model versioning, A/B testing, and monitoring of ML models in production.

Experience:

• Prior experience in deploying and managing both generative and traditional ML models in production, especially within Azure environments.
• Hands-on experience with the full lifecycle of ML model development, from data preprocessing and feature engineering to training, -evaluation, and deployment.
• A track record of successful implementation of ML solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and deliver business impact.
• Experience with performance tuning of ML models and endpoints for high-throughput and low-latency inferencing.

The expertise required for this role encompasses a deep understanding of both generative AI/ML concepts and traditional machine learning techniques. The AI Engineer must possess strong programming skills in languages and frameworks commonly used in AI/ML, enabling them to effectively navigate the complexities of model development and deployment.
