I’m building an early-stage, AI-native application focused on personalized productivity and creative momentum. I’m looking for a strategically and technically minded intern to help design and implement the backend systems and AI integrations that make adaptive, intelligent user experiences possible.
This role is ideal for someone excited by AI-powered products, system design, and translating product ideas into working logic.

Job functions
- Backend architecture and data models for a modern web/iOS app
- Integrating and experimenting with AI APIs (LLMs, personalization logic, recommendation systems)
- Supporting features like scheduling logic, project planning, and adaptive user guidance
- Collaborating closely with product and UX to shape how intelligence shows up in the app
Qualifications and requirements
- Experience with backend development
- Experience and interest in AI/ML systems or applied LLM use
- Familiarity with databases and APIs
- Comfort working in early-stage, fast-iterating environments
You don’t need to know everything — curiosity, problem-solving, and clear thinking matter most.
Desirable skills
- UX/UI design, interaction design, or product design experience
- Familiarity with tools like Replit, Claude or similar
- Strong intuition for human behavior, creativity, and motivation
- Interest in AI as a supportive creative tool (not just automation)
Conditions
- Duration: 2–3 months
- Time Commitment: ~20 hours/week
- Location: Fully remote
- Compensation: $350–$450/month
- Collaboration: 2–3 virtual meetings per week
